We collect the account information you provide when you sign up (such as your email address), the workout data you log (exercises, sets, weights, reps, and personal records), and — if you choose to connect it — activity data from your Strava account.
Your workout data powers the progression engine, muscle map, and coaching messages inside the app. We do not sell your personal data. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our recommendation models.
We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, and the Strava API for activity syncing when you opt in. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated workout data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data, both in transit and at rest.
